Refund and Returns Policy
We stand by the quality of our TV service and aim to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your experience, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your service within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and provide your order information.
Server Replacement Option
If you are not happy with your current server experience (e.g., performance, channel lineup), we offer a one-time server replacement within the first 30 days of service at no additional cost. Simply contact our support team and we will assist in moving you to an alternative available server.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Any request made after 30 days from the original purchase date
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or add-on services (outside the subscription plan)
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To complete a refund or request a server replacement, you must provide proof of purchase (e.g., your order number and email). Please do not contact any third-party resellers for service-related issues—contact us directly.
Refund Process
Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank or payment account
- Contact your payment provider (credit card company, etc.)

Exchanges (Server Reassignment)
If your server experience does not meet expectations, we will assist in reassigning your account to a different server as long as the request is made within the first 30 days. This is done once per subscription.
Gifts
If your subscription was purchased as a gift and you are unsatisfied, please reach out to us directly with your activation details. Refunds or exchanges will be issued to the original payment method used by the gift purchaser.
